KB Kookmin (South Korea) almost certain will become new controlling shareholder of the troubled Bank Bukopin (BBKP), replacing Aksa Family (Bosowa Group), with the bank’s disclosure on Tuesday to issue 22.24 billion new shares without preemptive rights (PMTHMETD).
