Pretty much as predicted, as number of testing increased further to 17,757 tests, Indonesia reported another record of 1,241 new infections in the past 24 hours. Testing rate has increased significantly from below 10,000 tests per day few weeks back. Number of deaths, however, increased by 36 people only. As a result, fatality rate declined further to 5.7%, still the highest in the region, but has steadily declined from closer to 10% few weeks back.To subscribe please click here
