Hasan Sadikin Hospital, the largest in West Java province, reported that only 14 out of 300 available beds are now occupied by Covid-19 patients, freeing up beds to resume services for other patients. West Java, by far, is a bit of a surprise for Indonesia. It is the country’s most populous province (around 50 million people), bigger than Spain, but reported only 114 deaths.
