Bumi Resources Minerals (BRMS), a subsidiary of giant coal miner Bumi Resources (BUMI), revised its rights issue price to Rp85 per unit, from the initial price of Rp50. It will issue 8.68 billion new shares, offered to Wexler Capital Pte. Ltd. (private placement), for converting US$52 million debt into equity, equivalent to Rp729.56 billion.
