State-owned PT Sarana Multigriya Financial (SMF) issued bonds worth Rp888 billion, used to fund its business expansion mainly housing financing. The bonds are issued in two series with tenor of one year and three years offering annual coupon rates at 8.25% and 8.7% respectively.
