The Police has so far arrested 91 people alleged of looting in Palu after a tsunami and a devastating 7.7 magnitude quake hit the city and its surrounding cities/regencies in the province of Central Sulawesi. The Police, moreover, are still conducting an investigation into the allegation that the looting happened, perhaps, by design.
