Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tbk (BSDE) booked marketing sales of Rp5.4 trillion per September of 2018, grew 12% year on year (y/y) from Rp4.8 trillion. It targets to book marketing sales of Rp7.2 trillion for this year. Sales of strata title almost doubled to Rp963.33 billion. Sales of residential segment jumped 90% to Rp2.65 trillion. Commercial sales reached Rp2.7 trillion.
