Investment firm PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) divested 300.53 million shares of coal miner PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) at price of Rp1,800 per share or Rp540.9 billion in total. After this transaction, SRTG’s ownership in ADRO fell to 3.68% from 4.62%. SRTG indirectly also holds ADRO shares (43.91%) through PT Adaro Strategic Investment (ASI).
