Industrial estate developer Surya Semesta Internusa (SSIA) invites state toll road operator Jasa Marga (JSMR) for building toll road connecting Patimban port in Subang, West Java. SSIA through its subsidiary Nusa Raya Cipta (NRCA) have worked on some toll projects owned by Jasa Marga. Amid the slowing growth in property and construction business segments, SSIA experienced a 3.8% growth in hospitality business in first half (H1) this year. SSIA’s net profit declined 31.6% to Rp414.4 billion in H1 as revenues from property business fell 25.4% to Rp1.55 trillion.
