Foreign investors continued selling local stocks, booking net sell of Rp281.7 billion on Friday last week (Aug 25), cutting year to date net buy to only Rp1.96 trillion. But domestic investors kept buying so the composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed up 0.36% at 5915. This morning, at 10.43 am Jakarta time, the index declined 0.17% to 5905.
