PT Supreme Energy Muara Laboh starts drilling the first explotation well for Muara Laboh geothermal project (PLTP) with capacity of 80 megawatts (MW) in South Sumatera. This PLTP is targeted to operate in 2019. The Company allocates US$580 million, equivalent Rp7.7 trillion, for this project. PLTP Muara Laboh will supply electricity power to 160,000 households in nortern part of Sumatera. PT Plumpang Raya Anugerah is appointed as contractor for this project while EPC contractor is assigned to the consortium of Sumitomo Corporation and Rekayasa Industri.
