Minister of Law & Human Rights Yasonna H. Laoly stated that President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo will not follow the footsteps of his predecessor Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), who appointed a Constitutional Court justice (Patrialis Akbar) directly, without putting the justice in question through a fit and proper test.
