Asian shares and the dollar edged lower on Monday as investors awaited the central bank meetings in the United States and Japan this week that are expected to hold clues to future policy moves, Reuters reported. The composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gained 0.24% to close at 4,914 Friday last week but trade was volatile.
