PT Tunggal Yudi Sawmill Plywood, a subsidiary of PT Haluan Mitra Abadi (HMA) of Samin Tan appeared to have been declared bankrupt since January 26, 2015 by way of the Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) request filed by one of its creditors PT Mulia Permata. But the problem is not over.
