PT Duta Palma Nusantara’s Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) process ended in peace. The plantation company reached peace deals with the majority of its creditors, after being in PKPU since December 18, 2015 at the request of one of its creditors PT Mega Eltra. This was Mega Eltra’s second request for Duta Palma Nusantara’s PKPU after the former’s first request was rejected by the court on November 23, 2015.To subscribe please click here
