Constitutional Court’s Verdict on Post-Election Disputes (3)

The Constitutional Court (MK) has only granted 1 of the 147 post-election dispute lawsuits registered by participants of the 2015 simultaneous regional elections—the MK has rejected 134 lawsuits, and 5 lawsuits were revoked by the plaintiffs. As such, from now on to March 7, 2016, the Court will only hear 7 post-election dispute lawsuits.To subscribe please click here
