The dispute between the Government and Yayasan Supersemar will not be over anytime soon. On December 17, 2015, the Yayasan Supersemar filed a lawsuit against the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) and the President. The lawsuit resulted in the postponement of the aanmaning trial that would authorize the execution of the Supreme Court’s verdict against Yayasan Supersemar.
