Last weekend, the Indonesian e-commerce community held a National Online Shopping Day, otherwise known as Harbolnas. More than 130 e-commerce players participated in the annual event. Harbolnas was first help in 2012 to spread awareness about online shopping with Lazada, Zalora, BerryBenka, Traveloka, PinkEmma and Luxola as first participants. Since then, the number of participants grew from year to year. But the 2015 Harbolnas did not seem to go as smoothly as planned.
