The central bank (Bank Indonesia/BI) told the press that foreign investors’ trust on Indonesia had improved as reflected in the figure of capital inflows during the period of November to December 2015. Foreign capital outflow occurred during the period of August-September. Nevertheless, BI Governor Agus Martowardojo said that year-to-date foreign capital inflows only reach Rp50 trillion, a significant drop from Rp250 trillion in the same period of last year.To subscribe please click here
