Indonesia is listed as the world’s third largest cocoa producer by the Food and Agriculture Organization after Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana. But there aren’t that many businesses producing high quality chocolate in Indonesia. Nevertheless, things are slowly changing. We’ve seen several chocolatiers opening shop in Jakarta, and we’ve also seen artisan chocolate companies growing offering new types of chocolate-based products, one of them is Kakoa Chocolate of PT Aneka Coklat Kakoa.
