Postponed Capital Injection for SOEs: What’s Next?

The House of Representatives (DPR) passed the 2016 state budget (APBN) with a condition: the postponement of the Government’s plan to inject capital into state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The Government wanted to inject massive, fresh capital into SOEs to finance infrastructure development. Now that this move has been postponed, infrastructure construction could be delayed.
