The Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) No. 0074.K/21/MEM/2015 specifies 109 projects under the 35,000 MW power generation program. Out of the 109, 74 projects for 25.904 MW are prepared for the private developers scheme (Independent Power Producer/IPP), and the 35 other projects for 10.681 MW are to be carried out by PT PLN (Persero). A total of 364 parcels of land are needed for this program to move to construction. But to date, only 155 parcels of land have been acquired.
