The Jakarta operations of Uber Technologies inc. is under police investigation for the suspicion of fraud. Late last week, the Jakarta Land Transportation Organization (Organda DKI), in cooperation with the Jakarta Province Transportation Department (Dishub DKI) and the Jakarta Metro Police (Polda Metro), lured and arrested five of Uber’s transportation-service partners in Jakarta.
