The Panel of judges at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN), in a verdict trial on Monday (May. 18), ruled in favor of Aburizal “Ical” Bakrie’s faction in the dispute for the leadership of Golkar Party. The panel of judges led by Teguh Satya Bhakti ordered the Minister of Law & Human Rights Yasonna Hamonangan Laoly to revoke the decision that legitimized Agung Laksono’s Golkar. This is not surprising. As we’ve noted before, the judge leading the presiding over Golkar’s dispute once ruled in favor of Ical’s allies in the United Development Party (PPP) in a separate dispute case a few months back.To subscribe please click here
