The pre-trial on the matter of Commissioner General Budi Gunawan’s status as a suspect in a Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigation has ended. Judge Sarpin Rizaldi, the sole presiding judge of the pre-trial, ruled in favor of Budi Gunawan, declaring the process by which the KPK named Budi Gunawan a graft suspect baseless and illegitimate.
