Indonesia’s Military Commander General Moeldoko was quoted by detik.com saying very disturbing comments on the current state of affairs. The military (TNI) chief said, “We have to look at the context. If we’re in medium intensity (conflict), or worse high intensity, then no way, the TNI must go down (to the field). Right now (we’re still in) low intensity.” What does Moeldoko hope to gain out of this statement? Is this him warning us a possible military intervention?
