The Government of the Special Province of Jakarta (PEMPROV DKI) is struggling to roll out the procurement process for the Jakarta Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) project. The pilot phase of the project began in September 2014, a year after Vice Governor Ahok began making the case for the critical need of an ERP system in Jakarta.
