Former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) told journalists on Wednesday (Dec. 10) that the Democratic Party would stick to its position—it would neither join the Red-and-White opposition (KMP) nor the Great Indonesia ruling coalition (KIH). The Democratic Party Chairman drew an analogy from the Non-Bloc to illustrate his party’s neutrality. It’s interesting that Agung Laksono also made similar statements about his Golkar.
