2015 Political Outlook: Leadership Change in the Military

The appointment of the new Commander of the Indonesian Military (TNI) is another important leadership change to happen in 2015. General Moeldoko, the current Military Commander, has around seven months left before he has to enter his mandatory retirement age on Jul. 8, 2015. We may get some hints as to who shall replace Moeldoko upon knowing who President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s chooses to become the new Navy Chief of Staff (KSAL) and the new Air Force Chief of Staff (KSAU), both appointments are due to happen in this month of December.To subscribe please click here
