In the morning of Nov. 3 President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo sworn in Andi Widjajanto as the new Cabinet Secretary in a rare closed-door ceremony. It’s a mysterious appointment for a somewhat mysterious member of the cabinet. Andi is known as someone close to Megawati Soekarnoputri. He was, after all, appointed by the patron of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) to lead the secretive Team 11 whose role was instrumental for Jokowi during the presidential campaign.
