The Acting Governor of Jakarta Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama sworn in a new Regional Secretary last Friday (Jul. 11). It’s a huge sigh of relief for Acting Governor Ahok. His administration has not been able to actualizea variety of planned procurements due to a number of setbacks. The newly appointed Regional Secretary (Sekda) will make budget spending his priority.
