Agrarian Reform Consortium or KPA is known as one of the consortiums focused on land conflicts. The KPA was established in September 1994 by a group of agrarian activists including Henri Saragih, the chairman of Indonesian Farmer Union (SPI); Patra M Zen, former chairman of the Indonesian Legal Foundation (YLBHI) and also Desmond Junaidi Mahesa, a lawmaker from the Great Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party.
