The General Election Commission (KPU) has validated legislative election results in five other provinces (Kepulauan Riau, Lampung, West Papua, Central Java, and Yogyakarta). PDIP wins four of them, while Golkar Party wins West Papua province, one of the resource-rich provinces in Indonesia, which is home to Indonesia’s Tangguh LNG project—second largest behind Badak LNG in Bontang, East Kalimantan.
