Aburizal “Ical” Bakrie has got to be most skilled kung fu master in the martial art world of politics. Allegations of tax evasion and the Lapindo disaster did very little to Ical’s political career. He managed to win Golkar’s chairmanship by beating Surya Paloh in 2009. He then sealed his presidential nomination from Golkar early in 2012, despite very low approval rating and some internal rejection.
