Dahlan Iskan’s popularity shot up when in October 19, 2011, he was sworn in by President SBY as minister of state-owned enterprises with his antiques: casual sport shoes. He also told media that actually he rejected President SBY’s offer to become a minister and wanted to accomplish his job as CEO of PLN.
