Two years ago, Asia Pacific Breweries (APL) Limited paid US$250 million to Heineken for shares in PT Multi Bintang Indonesia (MLBI). APL had also completed tender offer of MBLI shares. The company is required to re-selling up to 20% MLBI shares to public investors.
