Borneo Lumbung’s Samin Tan reportedly plans to acquire Bumi Resources Minerals (BRMS) from Bumi Resources (BUMI). It was Bumi Plc, which initially planned to acquire BRMS. We all know what happened in the past few months. Borneo Lumbung is now partner of Bakrie Group at Bumi Plc.
