About six years ago, government signed toll road agreement with PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS) for the development of 116-KM toll road connecting Cikampek and Palimanan in West Java province with initial investment of Rp7 trillion. Domestic banks have also expressed their interest to finance up to 70% of the project. Six years on, financial closing has yet to be ‘closed’.
