It is almost three years since RHB Capital Berhad entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with PT Mestika Benua Mas to acquire 80% shares in Bank Mestika Dharma for a total cash consideration of Rp3.12 trillion. Both parties have extended the completion of the acquisition to November 30, 2012.
