Two independent tower operators, PT Sarana Menara (TOWR) Tbk and PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG) Tbk, may have been competing to acquire telecommunication towers from Hutchison, Indosat, and XL Axiata. They offered aggressive pricing per tower. They should have learnt from Inti Bangun Sejahtera (IBS).
