Agung Podomoro Group is known for its self-financed and consumer-financed property projects. But looks like that has changed in recent years. Today, the company signed a Rp1.1 trillion loan with BNI, BII, and CIMB Niaga to partly finance its Rp2.7 trillion Central Park project.
