PT Telkomsel, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Tbk, will issue bond at the size of Rp1 trillion to Rp2 trillion. The company has asked investment banks to submit underwriting proposals for pre-qualification. Telkomsel will use the proceeds to finance its expansion.
