Airliner AirAsia Indonesia (CMPP) plans to launch a rights issue, offering new shares, in November December this year, to fulfill the 7.5% minimum free float regulation. This is also aimed at restructuring its capital structure and funding business expansion. Current shareholders of CMPP are Air Asia Investment Ltd (49.25%), PT Fersindo Nusaperkasa (49.16%), and public (the rest). CMPP targets to raising Rp4 trillion fund from the said rights issue. Trading in CMPP shares had been suspended since August 5, 2015, as IDX urged CMPP to lift free float from current 1.59% only.
