State-owned construction firm Waskita Karya (WSKT) mulls to issue bonds worth Rp1.8 trillion in the second half (H2) of this year for refinancing its matured bond debt of Rp2 trillion. The matured bond issued in June 2016 carries annual coupon rates at 9.25%.
