The monopoly of land by certain groups of elites and big companies, has been one of Indonesia’s problems for decades. The people aren’t happy with it. Ever since President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo revealed that Prabowo is one of the said land owners in the second presidential debate, the issue of land monopoly came to surface. Jokowi’s statement is a huge blow for Prabowo’s camp. They’re now busy to avoid more damage.
