The Ministry of Transportation has in April 1, 2017 issued regulation, Permenhub Number 26 Year 2017, ruling on the application-based taxi transportation. This regulation is a revision for minister regulation, PM Number 32 Year 2016. This regulation was effective in April 1and has transition period until July 1, 2017. The application-based (online) taxi operators needs three months for the said transisition period.
