Furniture producer Integra Indocabinet has set its IPO prices at Rp210-315 per share, to raise total proceeds of Rp564.9-848 billion, used for working capital (56%) and paying debt (33%). The Company will offer 2.69 billion shares through initial public offering (IPO), representing 35% of total issued and paid-up capital. The offering is scheduled for June 19-20, 2017 while listing at stock exchange is set for June 23. Integra Indocabinet booked sales of Rp1.32 trillion in 2016, grew by 18.3% from Rp1.12 trillion in 2015.
