The lawsuit for Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) filed by PT Cal Dive Offshore Indonesia (Cal Dive Indonesia), a subsidiary of Cal Dive International Inc against the Technical Assistance Contract (TAC) Pertamina and PT Pertalahan Arnebatara Natuna (PAN) was received and the Panel of Judges decided to continue the examination of the dispute.
