Today, Dec. 14, the ethics council of the House of Representatives (MKD DPR) is expected to question the businessman Mohammad Reza Chalid and the Coordinating Minister of Politics, Law, and Security General (ret.) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan on the scandal involving the House Speaker Setya Novanto (who allegedly abused his power by promising a favor to PT Freeport Indonesia in exchange for the company’s shares, among other things).
