The Supreme Court (MA) decided to uphold the verdict of the State Administrative Court (PTUN) of Jakarta that affirmed the leadership of Golkar as per the result of the 2009 Riau chairmanship congress (munas). This means the MA favoured Aburizal “Ical” Bakrie’s 2009-2015 leadership; the leadership that expired on October 2015.
